Sunday I was able to meet an Apostle of the Lord Elder Robert D. Hales of the Quorum of the 12 Apostles. It was great to shake his hand and be able to listen to the advice he gave me and others who were at attendance to this meeting.
Today was my first performance for my school’s Institute Choir. It was very special and memorable to be able to feel the Spirit and express love of the Savior through the Hymn “Jesus the Very Thought of Thee.” It always feels good to be part of a choir even if you feel you don’t like you have full singing capabilities!
I enjoyed today being back at school. During my break I felt like I was missing something, I now have “it” back. I felt more prepared than before and I also loved seeing past school friends. I have high hopes for this semester and I hope I can continue making new friends and serving others.
